Abstract Categories
- BWC Best Research Paper Award (PG Students) - The best paper will be awarded INR 21,000 prize money. The runner-up paper will be awarded INR 11,000 prize money. The second runner-up paper will be awarded INR 5,100 prize money.
- UAPM Interventional Pulmonology Award (Post PG, Age < 45 years) - The best paper will be awarded INR 11,000 prize money.
- Dr. H G Varudkar Pleuroscopy Award - The best paper will be awarded INR 11,000 prize money. The runner-up paper will be awarded NR 5,100 prize money
- E-Poster Award - The best e-poster will be awarded INR 5,100 prize money. The runner-up e-poster will be awarded NR 2,100 prize money. The second runner-up e-poster will be awarded INR 1,100 prize money.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- It is mandatory to register before abstract submission.
- Abstracts are to be submitted online at www.w4c.live. Please visit the Abstract tab, select BWC and click “Submit your abstract” on the next page. You may use the same email address which was used for registration.
- The abstract should be related to lung infections & diseases, interventional pulmonology, lung cancer, critical care & mechanical ventilation.
- Abstracts must be in English, in Word & PDF format, Arial font - point size 10.
- Your abstracts should not exceed 500 words.
- Abstracts must be original and should not have been submitted / presented / intended for presentation elsewhere before BWC 2023.
- The presenting delegate should obtain necessary regulatory permissions and take responsibility for the accuracy of the results.
- An e-mail confirming the receipt of abstract, including an abstract number, will be sent to the submitting delegate.
- This number should be quoted for all further correspondence.
- A delegate can submit a maximum of three abstracts as the presenting author.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts and selected for Oral / Poster presentation based on merit.
- Case Report / Case Series are also acceptable.
- All selected abstracts will be printed in indexed journal.
