CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • 100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to COVID or any government guidelines.
  • We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
    • Full Refund till 31st May 2024
    • 75% Refund till 31st July 2024
    • 50% refund till 31st August 2024
    • No Refunds – for cancellation requested on or after 01st September 2024.
  • Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.

TERMS AND CONDITION

  • All refunds will be processed 30 days after the completion of the conference.
  • Students (Letter from HOD/Teacher required).
  • Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
